The building was originally owned by Lui family.
In 2000, the Lui family donated the building to the Government so that it can be properly preserved.
The ground floor is open to public.
It features an herbal tea shop and an exhibition area.
The exhibition area displays some information about the history of the building.
Free guided tours to the upper floors are also available by registration.
To reach the building, exit off Prince Edward MTR Station Exit C2, and walks along Prince Edward Road West to Lai Chi Kok Road.
Proceed along Lai Chi Kok Road until you reach the building.
