Lingnan Garden - The first Chinese-style park in Hong Kong designed in Lingnan style.

Located in Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, "Lingnan Garden" is the first Chinese-style park in Hong Kong designed in Lingnan style. It is said that the concept of designing this park originated from the lychees. Since lychee is one of the four famous fruits in Lingnan, it was decided to build this park in the traditional Lingnan style. Today, HongKongFootprint.com will take you to visit this park.

The design layout of "Lingnan Garden" is distinct. The scenic spots in the park are built around the central pool and connected by bridge corridors. The Chinese-style buildings in the park are all designed in Lingnan style, which fully reflects the traditional Chinese architectural features and exudes a unique artistic atmosphere.

The Chinese-style buildings in the park are mainly composed of several pavilions. The design of each pavilion is beautiful, combined with the trees planted in the park and the exquisite bonsai decoration. In addition to the shade of green trees, it also exudes an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. These are very popular with visitors.

In addition, there are many stone mountains and strange stones in the park. Their shapes are all distinctive, some are uneven, and some have different shapes. The most distinctive among them is the small pavilion on the stone mountain. This small pavilion is condescending and overlooks the beautiful scenery of the entire park.

Every year in January, the weather becomes colder, and the Bald Cypress in the park will gradually turn golden yellow or bright red. This is the best time to appreciate the red leaves. The dream-colored Bald Cypress with the beautiful and intoxicating lake scenery constitutes a beautiful picture.

If you also want to come here, it is recommended to take the MTR to Mei Foo Station and leave at Exit D. Afterwards, follow the signs and walk along Lai Wan Road to Lai Chi Kok Park. It only takes about 5 minutes to get there.
