Kadoorie Beach - A great place to enjoy sunset views. A fortress on the beach.

On hot summer weekends, the popular beaches are always crowded with visitors. As for the HongKongFootprint.com to introduce this time, it is a relatively quiet beach. The water of this beach is not only clean, but also the sand is very fine, it is a good place to enjoy the sunset.

This beach is called "Kadoorie Beach" and is located between "Old Coffee Beach" and "Castle Peak Beach" in Tuen Mun. Since the location here is far from the popular beaches nearby, there are not too many visitors here, and the environment is relatively quiet. In addition, most of the visitors on this beach are local residents, and there are very few foreign visitors, so if you want to experience the life of local residents, it is also a good choice to visit this beach.

Although the area of this beach is relatively small and the coastline is relatively short, it is better than not many visitors, and the environment is quiet and the scenery is quite good. Even on bustling holidays, this beach doesn't get too many visitors. In addition, this beach is also fully equipped. In addition to toilets, changing rooms, bathing areas and barbecue sites, lifeguard services are also provided. In the swimming area, there are also shark prevention nets, so that visitors can swim with peace of mind.

It is also worth mentioning that on the right side of this beach, there is a historic fort guarding the Castle Peak Bay. The fort has existed since the period of British implemented colonial rule over Hong Kong, and has been preserved to this day. The location of the fort, in addition to the panoramic view of the entire bay, is also an excellent location to enjoy the sunset at dusk, and it is also a popular place to take pictures.

If you want to go to this beach, it is recommended to take the MTR to Siu Hong Station and leave at the Exit C1. Afterwards, transfer to MTR Light Rail No. 505 at Siu Hong Station and get off at Sam Shing Station. After getting off the MTR Light Rail, follow the signs and walk along Castle Peak Road (Castle Peak Bay) for about 15 minutes to Tsing Yan Street, and then keep walking along Tsing Yan Street to reach this beach.
