Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car - An interesting and exciting cable car journey.

If you want to overlook the city of Hong Kong from a height, start a different journey to explore Hong Kong. Then, the Ngong Ping cable car journey that HongKongFootprint.com will introduce to you must be one of the good choices.

The "Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car", which connects Tung Chung and Ngong Ping on Lantau Island, adopts a safe and reliable bi-cable ropeway to bring visitors a safe and comfortable sightseeing experience. Sitting in the comfortable and quiet cable car, visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping along the way.

The entire cable car journey will take about 30 minutes. It will start from Ngong Ping Cable Car Tung Chung Station, cross Tung Chung Bay and head towards Ngong Ping, Lantau Island. Along the way, in addition to overlooking the vast South China Overseas, the scenery of Lantau Island, such as the lush North Lantau Country Park, the magnificent Hong Kong International Airport, and the solemn Tian Tan Buddha, can all be seen at a glance.

On the "Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car", you can choose from "Standard Cabin" or "Crystal Cabin". The "Standard Cabin" is similar to the common cable car cabin, while the "Crystal Cabin" has been specially designed. The floor of the cable car is made of glass, allowing visitors to enjoy an all-round view. Therefore, if you are not afraid of heights, the first choice is to consider the "Crystal Cabin", but the "Crystal Cabin" will be slightly more expensive than the "Standard Cabin".

"Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car" is open from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Another thing to note is that the "Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car" will be out of service for one to two days a month for maintenance. During the suspension period, if you need to go to Ngong Ping, you can choose to take bus No. 23 at Tung Chung Town Centre Bus Terminus and get off at Ngong Ping Bus Terminus. Although it is cheaper to take a bus, the journey will take more time and there will be more visitors.

If you want to take the "Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car", you need to wait in line whether you want to buy a ticket or go to the cable car. If you want to save the queuing time for buying tickets, you can pre-order tickets on the official website of "Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car", so that you can queue directly to the location of the cable car. When there are many visitors, the waiting time in line may take more than an hour.
