This public park covers an area of about 9 hectares and is divided into two parts.

In the central of the garden, there is an artificial lake and a rocky stream cascades.
There is also a footpath encircled the park.
While walking along the footpath, visitors can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the park.

Beside the lake, there are also some pavilions, playgrounds and fitness facilities.
Sports facilities, such as soccer field, basketball courts, volleyball courts, roller skating rink, are located at the western side of the park.

This park was open to public in 1990 and it is situated between Fan Ling and Sheung Shui.
It is mainly open daily from 6:00am to 11:00pm.
